KS Group was an honored guest at the presentation of the “Rome” project, part of the Italiano Vero residential complex developed by Ulkan Development. The event was dedicated to the official unveiling of the new architectural project and brought together professionals from the development industry.

Among the guests were interior designers, property buyers, as well as representatives of the construction and development sectors. Special attention was given to the architectural and façade solutions of the project.

KS Group presented the technologically advanced and distinctive Laminam façade material used in the development. For the façade, the ceramic surfaces Oxide Bianco and Oxide Avorio were selected—materials that combine the aesthetics of natural stone, high wear resistance, and compliance with modern requirements for premium residential architecture.

As part of the business program, a presentation was delivered by Zaur Yakhtanigov, who provided a detailed overview of the material’s properties, its advantages, and its application possibilities in large-scale architectural projects.
