On June 13, Tashkent hosted the SAWT x SAFO cultural evening — an event at the intersection of music, contemporary art, and professional dialogue. KS Group served as the official sponsor of the evening, supporting an initiative aimed at developing the cultural environment and strengthening the connection between art, architecture, and society.
A distinctive feature of the event was its concept: the venue was kept secret until the very last moment and was revealed to guests only two hours before the start. The location turned out to be the Museum of History of Uzbekistan — one of the country’s key cultural spaces, which had been closed for reconstruction for many years. The SAWT project became the first to open the renovated museum to visitors.
The evening’s program was divided into two parts.
The first part brought together music and art within the museum space. The central event was a concert by Jazzirama and Nodira Pirmatova with the program “Echo of the Hot Sands,” presented in Uzbekistan for the first time. The performance was based on a combination of jazz, ethnic motifs, and a contemporary perspective on cultural heritage.
At the same time, the museum halls featured the interactive installation “Garden of Memories” by artist Rushana Alimova. Created using the artist’s signature technique, the work became an important part of the evening’s overall atmosphere and offered guests a personal and emotional experience of interacting with art.
The exhibition was also supported by the Laminam brand: original brand slabs were used for the descriptive labels, organically complementing the artistic concept of the project.
Among the guests of the evening were interior designers, architects, artists, photographers, representatives of the creative industries, and everyone who values the development of art in Uzbekistan. The event became a meeting point for the professional community and a space for exchanging ideas.
In the second part of the evening, guests continued their conversations in a networking format, where they had the opportunity to discuss their impressions, share their thoughts, and establish new professional connections.
For KS Group, participation in such projects is part of its corporate philosophy and a conscious contribution to the development of the country’s cultural environment. By supporting initiatives that unite art, design, and architecture, the company contributes to shaping a new creative landscape in Uzbekistan.
